Ironically, she was beaten by Obama, a former community organizer. His campaign won because there were tend of thousands of, yes, community organizers, who spent a year recruiting voters and working for his cause.

She and Mccain might have won the election, with a little more "community organizing".

That statement was unbelievably pathetic.

I'm all for a good joke, but even if she 'just playing' - which I highly doubt - it was incredibly poor form on her part to make that comment in that forum. She's not some schmoe fanboy on GetBig, for crying out loud. If had been a funny joke (and again, I don't think she was joking), maybe she gets away with it, but she's definitely brought an unwanted spotlight on herself with this gaffe.
