As long as he hires a good O-coordinator he should be able to turn that team around.hell look what he did with the Giants D.

OC will probably be Al Saunders again, this franchise is in a lot of trouble, 5 wins in 2 years, one or two guys isn't gonna make much of a difference.

He will change the culture of the team.the Giants loved playing for him.you D will definetly improve when he gets his hands on Long  and that other D-end.

we don't have any talented guys on defense except Long and he's too young and small, Karraker is overrated and playing the wrong position, Tinoisamoa is tiny and weak for a MLB and same thing with Witherspoon, Tre Hill is one of the worst first round picks in the history of the NFL, overall not enough talent on D to do anything with.
