quaker do you think it's decent for a 21 year old former ecto/naturally weak to perform the following lifts:
- 5 reps 320 lbs CG bench
- 5 reps 140 lbs DB bench press
- 4 reps 200 lbs added (in a belt) on dips
- 31 reps with 220 on FULL squats
- 10 reps 405 lbs deadlifts
- 8x110 lbs DB shoulder presses
- 20 reps 110 lbs BB curls with no/little cheat
- 20 full pull ups at BW 230 lbs morning weight (I think I'm 16-18% BF, not higher though)-
