how is this Obama's fault? ::)  I could see blaming him after he won the election but there's no news in the inauguration to effect the market.  This day has been a known since he won.  So the Bush admin totally shits all over the country and leaves us in ruins and on day one it's Obama's fault... Brilliant ::)  Were you part of the, "it's Clinton's fault" bandwaggon too?

Ah actually they have had a few Wall Street guys on both CNBC and FOXB saying they had hoped to hear something from Obama's speech to rally the market or nudge it up,they got nothing from that mess. Sorry Barry is in charge...its all Barry O's fault now.

I hope you took Alex's advice and bought lots of GM.

Obama has addressed things quite a bit.  If you and these guys are telling me the market tanked today because they were all waiting for him to say something today, you're stupid as all fuck.  Clinton left us in a pretty good spot when Bush took over and everything that went wrong under Bush, Clinton got the blame, now that's retarded.  This isn't the same thing, Bush did not leave us in a good spot, he left the country in flames for Obama.  It's absolutely ok to blame Bush after he tourched the place.  get your head into reality.

Clinton abdicated his foreign policy responsibilities and the economy was tanking in 2000, I lost alot in Clinton's final year.

The market is tanking because of reality people.  There is nothing any President can say or do to stop it.  It's beyond the reach of one man or his administration.  It's been propped up for the last 6 months.  Disaster is on the horizon and some of you are still in denial.  Obama can spend all the money he wants and weatherize as many homes and  build as many bridges..........it won't change a thing.  Yes he inherited a mess but him and his administration will make things 10x worse and they'll blame the coming martial law or false flag attack on it, divert our attention and throw us into another war.  Troops will not leave Iraq.  Obama is a plant and a pawn.  Nothing more.

this eclipses the dot com bust and you know it.  Nice try.  And what happened when Clinton tried to take out Bin Laden?  You rightwing clowns had a meltdown.  I remember it quite well all that wag the dog crying.  What did Clinton do when he took us into a war?  They had a mission and finished it.  How the hell you can back up Bush's policies is beyond me ::)  oh yahoo, lets run around nation building and policing the world ::)  I'd bet if I asked you if that's what we should be doing before Bush, you would have said hell no.

We are closer to it now more than ever.  Give it another few years.  These things don't happen overnight.  Most people thought the NAU was a pipedream. It will happen as well.  Just watch.

That means either we're in for an even bigger attack than 9/11 or the economy is going to get way way worse or a combo of both.  People will have to be beyond desperate to buy into this or just so down they can't do jack about it so that's what they'll set up.  There are plenty of powerful people working toward the NAU and that's fact.  If the situation is set, even the president will be hardpressed to oppose the powers wanting it.

The market responds to perception and the media has pointed out market reaction to several announcements made in recent weeks.  If there was great optimism from the market due to Obama's innauguration, we would have seen it.  Just means the day did not create any new confidence for wall street.
