wow, hoping for Obama to fail is hoping for America to fail. I never once "hoped" Bush would fail. Being critical of a president's actions is one thing, hoping for failure is completely another. Yes, it is anti-American and I don't use that term lightly with how easily it gets misued to force a way of thinking.

What a clown. Like Hugo said, wanting Obama to fail is pretty much saying that you want America to fail because how Obama goes, this country will probably be following. I'm hoping he tremendously succeeds.

If Obama 'fails', it means America sees seriously tough economic crisis.
If Obama 'succeeds', it means USA recovers and prospers.

Limbaugh is saying he'd rather see america fail economically - including crime on the rise, people starving, and people losing their life savings, not even considering a dollar collapse - than to see a Dem do a good job.

It's so un-American, it's unbelievable.

I guess nobody actually heard the show today and what he actually ment. He's a conservative and does not want the socialist liberal agenda to succeed.He siad several times he hopes and expects America to succeed despite Obama and big government. There is nothing about Obama's past that should lead anybody to suspect he won't push a very liberal agenda. If he rules from the center great, but that remains to be seen. Sure, I killed my old lady. Chopped her up into little pieces, and fed her to the pigs.

But this one guy Ted Bundy - he killed over a DOZEN people.

So in order to get off the hook, I'm going to bring him up every time the prosecutor points out evidence of my crime. Since my crime is waaaay less terrible than bundy's you should let me go.
