Legally, yes. But like anywhere, you can find drug users and suppliers. Plus they drink like fish and smoke like chimneys...so I wouldn't say drugs are taboo. |

ok, man...I just work with dozens of japanese everyday and have been there many many times...tobacco and alcohol (much like the US) are not widely considered "drugs"....and while it is true that you can find drugs if you really want them it is also true that the large majority of japanese have never even seen a joint nevermind smoked one |
