it's disgusting.

Basically it involves sticking ur hand down ur underwear and rubbing hands/fingers aroudn ass crack and then shaking hands with someone.  :-X

Well it sounded pretty clear, ime 99% sure Romano's very words were "I stink palmed Bob Chickerello they gotta love me for that" Palumbo's nervous laugh which followed it up shows the severity of the claim.
