deciver stars,,the stars were given in relashion to the years gh15 was

improve or get worse during the years but the rating system stands correct
as of jan 2009,,and should be followed as a guidance to all postage
happened up to 2009,,the way gh15 knows the industry it will most likley
be true in 2020 2030 and 2040,,so this is the referecne guide of you
the up and coming bodybuilder in any given time when taking to

finally to make it easier for you the bodybuilder gh15 will explain
the above rating system in regards to practical hands on and theoritical
knowledge

1. platinum/golden,,individuals who got * or ** deciver stars should be the only ones
looked upon and asked for hormone help and reference
this group of individual is considered experienced and safe enough
to be able to lay out the truth when it comes to hormone use

2. platinum/golden/silverspoon,, individuals who got *,,**,, *** deciver stars shoudl be considered
safe enough to follow with regards to the bodybuilding industry as a
whole and information related to bodybuilding in general (training,,
nutrition)

3. yellowarning,,individuals who got **** deciver stars should be consider risky
and shady,,they ALWAYS have agenda ,,they have their priorities very
clear and those priorities are their own self! they should be
approached with caushion and their advice should always be second
checked with * and ** deciver stars holders

4. red alert: individuals who got ***** are to be BANNED and or
dismissed from advice,,they are corrupted! they give wrong information and should be
considered highly risky to even talk to,,its a very small group but
if you the bodybuilder see one of the group members you should avoid
the member by any means possible

uniqe charestaristics that did expeptional contribution to the bodybuilding
