safe enough to follow with regards to the bodybuilding industry as a
whole and information related to bodybuilding in general (training,,

3. yellowarning,,individuals who got **** deciver stars should be consider risky
and shady,,they ALWAYS have agenda ,,they have their priorities very
clear and those priorities are their own self! they should be
approached with caushion and their advice should always be second
