I have seen a big improvement in my test levels since I completely quit drinking last July.  Definitely sleep better and recover from workouts is much faster.

I can't see myself drinking again, maybe I should change my handle.

yep never made better gains than when I was completely dry.

yea I've been doing that.but.I'm trying to drop a lot of weight and as the article said rapid weight loss lowers test.but I gotta get this weight off so fuck it.
Exactly. I have over thought diets so many times it's crazy. I have been dieting hard for over a year now. Went from a bodyweight of 228 benching 425 to 213 almost getting 405, but the diet has remained the same this last year, and I think that eventually no matter what diet your on the body eventually levels itself out.
Rapid weight loss did make me tired but I swear rest has to be the most important followed by diet. Threw this year I've went from 5 days a week to 4 to 3. So experimenting with the days in the gym instead of changing diets has done me better.

somewhere i read that trib accelerates male pattern baldness and that DHEA can cause gyno when taken in high volume, even though it's essentially worthless for T bumps, unless you're 80.

No sir trib will not make you bald.

Anyone tried Stinging Nettle?
It's supposed to raise free testosterone and at the same time prevent it's conversion to DHT.
It also helps reduce water retention and apparently is good for kidney function, it also contains natural antihistamines and anti-inflammatories.

I've been using it for a few weeks now and so far am very happy with it.
Though the first few days my mood was a bit unstable till I got used to it, but I was taking higher doses.

I also tried Saw Palmetto a few months back....but the side-effect were unbearable.
