I was already super lean from doing the North Americans in August... I held my conditioning until Nationals in November.  
After the North Americans, I was on a low carb diet - about 50-75 g per day (complex carbs only at breakfast) and was doing cardio 2x per day (45 mins each) - and I was DYING.  My blood sugar would spike and crash so bad after breakfast that I was blinded by hunger to the point where I couldn't function at all.  I went on the keto diet to stabilize my blood sugar and save my sanity for the final four weeks.  Keto diet was zero carbs except for 2 servings green beans, which may have amounted to 30g, no complex carbs.  The fats helped my hunger ALOT.

Have some of you considered that the reason that the female bodybuilders that some of you do not find attractive, have little to do with drugs/bodybuilding, but rather that the women in question were never attractive to begin with?

Are any of you going to say with a straight face that people like Iris Kyle would have been stunning icons of female beauty had they not picked up a syringe, and a dumbell.

Of course not.....in fact most people that gravitate towards bodybuilding, are overcompensating/insecure about various things, and this includes both women and men. Women that have a lot of natural beauty are most likely not going to pursue bodybuilding.

That said....it is silly to even judge them on their sexual attractiveness in the first place. If you are to judge rip, or any other bodybuilder...then it should strictly be about their physique, (in relation to bodybuilding terms.)

You wouldn't judge a female kickboxer, on how fuckable you thought they were, I don't see why it is necessary to do so with BB.

With male bodybuilding it is often completely reversible if they chose to. Some of the biggest IFBB pro's that has been around actually look normal when off the gas. Take Levrone as an example.
