how much you use is a personal choice based upon how much you want to spend, how much you want to gain, how much health risk you are willing to take...etc
test prop at 50mg eod is very mild. thats only 350 mg per week. you wont see anything at all off of that.. at 100mg per week.. your just replacing your natural levels... 100 per week is pointless.
test should be run no less than 500mg per week , unless hrt, if one wants to get any kind of results. and thats the basic low dose beginner cycle.
