So it takes you 9.5 minutes to do 100 reps, but 15 minutes to do 925 and run 7 "40's"?LOL, caught in your own lie, how sad.
just curious as to why you guys want to get so big instead of being lean and athletic? its healthier and feels a lot better imo. at 300 lbs the body cant tell the difference between fat and muscle..... overweight is overweight........it wrecks your joints and eating all that food and protein must really mess up your digestivee system...so again i ask why do you want to get big?
