for you chaos  sundays workout  100 burpees (w/ push up and jump)  in 9:32  give it a try sometime its really tufff
So it takes you 9.5 minutes to do 100 reps, but 15 minutes to do 925 and run 7 "40's"?

if you knew what a burpee was or ever tried one you would know how foolish the statement u made was  100 burpees is the equivalent of 100 squats, 100 thrusts, 100 push ups, and 100 jumps and is prbably the hardest bodyweight exercise one can do      lol   275 lbs hahahahaha.........do u realize that ur morbidly obese and prolly gonna die soon lol

just curious as to why you guys want to get so big instead of being lean and athletic? its healthier and feels a lot better imo.   at 300 lbs the body cant tell the difference between fat and muscle..... overweight is overweight........it wrecks your joints and eating all that food and protein must really mess  up your digestivee system...so again i ask  why do you want to get big?
