i've never been to the area but it looked better than the 24sh#t membership i'm stuck with. i guess it would be ok for a couple of workouts, visit jay's store and hit the firehouse. isnt one side of the gym open? i still think hank is shawn. he kept his mouth closed when a poster said something about mi's gym.

Venice is a zoo of fat tourists, loners, voyeurs and drug abusers.

This so-called 'Venice scene' is non existent today. I suppose in an ugly way, the likes of Titus, Flex and Co. attempted to instill a banal legacy. However, that seemed to turn to shit very quickly.

Someone smarter than Hank with less of a loser's perspective would understand that BB there might not be what it was but hey, that's alright. Things don't last forever, and could come back in future just as happened in the early 90s.

In regards to Venice itself, it's still a great place to hangout. Love it. Unique and still special, no place like it anywhere else. Some who've been there long-term might whine about it's "downfall" relative to what they remember, but it's always had that whacky character that's a huge part of its charm. Arnold didn't make that place, it was already there for decades then was publicized by PI.
