All of this to say what happed on my end. The only reason I'm giving details
Never released is we have both done our time for (that situation)
I would not talk so they hit me on numerous offences.

I'm good. In prison they fed a lot of carbs and meat deluted with oatmeal.
In commissary was trash food. I gained up to 40 pounds and I'm now 20 pounds
Over my original weight. No lifting for me. I'm getting older
And my body has old pains. I'm going to start walking and enjoying life.
On gymace. Good bro. I cut contact with everyone when I worked for PIN.

Yes, not a lot of a problem. Mostly my right knee swells.
I'm prison I messed it up pretty bad playing prison football.
At rec. we would take a pair of pants or shirt( thick material) . Roll em up. And
And put it in a sock. That was our football. Weighed about 5 pounds.
It would be 2 hand touch but full contact and blocking and well if the person running the
Ball just happens to run into someone full speed. O well. One game got a Broken nose. They
Said I must of been fighting because my nose was cut. Was going to put me in seg but the sgt was
Cool and I said I fell into a concrete wall. Wild stuff. I've had a lot of injuries over the years. So has others
I know and understand. I think I know when the injury occurred your talking about. I think I know u but we all
Need privacy so I'm not going to ask if we have a connection.
