I always thought silvio was overrated, but when u really look at the fine details,
He is incredible.

This is a great shot, his muscle bellies are soooooooooo round.

the thing with silvios delts is that he trains for bodybuilding and focuses and side delts alot more than he ever focuses on front delts.... beause for delts, you want wiiiidddddttttth. and side delts are what give you that.  but, if you dont have the front delts to go along with them, at times the delts will look very under developed.  so he just needs to bring up the front delts a bit. but i think focusing on side delts is a smart thing to do.

Nope, his side delts are the undersized. You can see that because his tris stick out further than the side delts. The front delts get plenty of work doing chest and other exercises.

Anytime one's tris pop out further than the delts  in a pose, it's in relation to the side delts, due to the fact that the side delts and the tris are on the side of the arm. Look at that pic. His front delts are fine. In fact, I have had a problem with my side delts, wheras my tris (def not as big or defined as Silvio's) out distance my side delts.  Front's are ok, could be better. And I have seen this in other people who are going for more of the "Gun's" look as well.
