Hey guys, not sure if you saw this but there's a massive protein bar recall that you should be aware of. It's due to a salmonella outbreak involving peanut butter products and peanut butter paste. The following is a list of some of the latest protein bars that have been recalled:
1. NutriSystem Inc. Peanut Butter Granola Bar, sold on its Web site but not in retail stores.[/li][/list]
2. Supreme Protein
3. Premier Nutrition is recalling select Twisted and Titan brand nutrition bars that contain peanut butter
4. Nature's Path Organic Foods is recalling peanut butter-flavored Optimum Energy Bars.
5. General Mills is recalling Lara Bars and JamFrakas made with peanut butter.
6. Clif Bar recalled: Clif Bar, Clif Builders, Clif Kids, Mojo, and Luna bars made with peanut butter.
7. Abbott Nutrition recalled ZonePerfect Chocolate Peanut Butter bars, ZonePerfect Peanut Toffee bars and NutriPals Peanut Butter Chocolate nutrition bars.
8. Chef Jay (various TRI-O-PLEX versions)
