Discuss... I'v heard that 1 egg a day is alot of cholesterol and probably bad for your health and on the other end i've heard that a diet of steak and eggs will boost your test levels and have no negative effect on your cardiovascular system. So which one is true?

Does a diet containing high fats/cholesterol fuck up your cardiovascular system?

cholesterol has little effect on cholesterol biosynthesis, ratios of lipoproteins or other metabolic factors.

high sat fat and sugar would increase cholesterol and ldl which brings chol from the liver to the tissues for steriodogenesis, also lowering hdl which actually decreases serum cholesterol via centripedal transport which brings excess cholesterol to the liver for destruction.

the bottom line is dont worry about cholesterol so much and sugar and unhealthy fats more so.
