I don't diet at all.
I once went from 230-190 and all that happened is i looked "slightly" leaner.
I have found that the more i eat, the leaner i get.
You really need to get ur metabolism racing, so ur hungry every 2 hours, but never overeat in one meal.
grazing every couple of hours, but never till full.
You will look lean as fuck, while adding bodyweight (muscle)
i don;t even watch what i eat. for example 1 meal may be a snickers bar and a pint of milk.
Cakes, chocolate, nothing is off limits. Just never eat too much in one sitting. eat till 3/4 full.
It's all about jacking up your metabolism.
