However, I must confess:  I have some doubt that your friend is truly drug-free, especially if he's 6'2" and only 19-years-old.  It's entirely possible he attained that physique naturally, but I'd at least expect he's trained hard for many years.  If not ...  :-\  I wouldn't buy a "he just started a year ago" for a dollar -- let's say that ;)

Even if he's not natural, though, that doesn't make you a liar.

I don't doubt that he's natural. His physique is quite attainable naturally. Impressive for a 19 year old, but nothing that I would suspect him to be using steroids.

Its fine do doubt it even I would.

Me and him tried to make the gym test him, because people talk alot of shit were we live on his "natural status".
But they wouldnt because they wanted alot of complaints and stuff to do a test because its expensive :)

I have NO doubt that he's as natural as Arnold was at 19..6'2", 230 at 19, no drugs... ::)

It takes 2 seconds to see this guy is on drugs. What you mentioned... little real muscle, a little drug bloat over the delts/pecs/arms. This guy will also have a drug belly in his first show, if he ever competes.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

 

My tip to all these hard working bodybuilders out there is:

Everyone hasn’t the same condition to be a great bodybuilder, but everyone can be as good as they can be with HARD WORK and great MOTIVATION.

Eat you’re moms great food, take the ordinary supplements if you have the opportunity and most important BELIEVE in yourself, if you don’t believe you wont achieve!

I believe!

LOL at the bolded part. I know this type. The type of kid who orders exotic peptides thinking this will put him on the O stage in a hurry.  :D

Yes, he is clearly quite humble. Humility often leads one to remove their clothes and start posing in the middle of the gym.
