no i just think you and ALOT of other people drastically overestimate how ripped you are and underestimate how shredded 6 percent bodyfat is, like i said at your height and natural you'd be 165 pounds at 5-6 percent bodyfat.
I agree that alot of people can overestimate there progress or level of fitness.I very well may be off on my estimation(but I doubt by much).however to make a blanket statement that basically says if your a certain hight it's not possible to be a certain weight(with abs,shredded whatever)is kinda ignorant.you have to factor in genetics,age,training experience,diet.there's so many factors. I have a hard time understanding what would make a person think ALL 5"10 naturals will be 165lbs at 5-6% BF.
