I used to play seriously up until about 17. I made the state squad and played a few of the big junior tournaments here in Australia but never did that great. I have a big serve but my volleys suck and ground strokes are inconsistent.

I have started playing again, about once a week. When I serve hard now (120mph+) my shoulder starts to hurt but it never bothers me when I lift. Anyway an hour of tennis beats walking on a treadmill.
