Who would ever take any advise from this pencil neck guy who looks like he has never lifted weights a day in his life? This guy does not even look like he could bench press 185lbs. It's like taking nutrition and training advise from Ron. What I can't understand is why some people defend him like "ripitup". Is it simply because he writes a few articles?
All this training and nutritional stuff is over complicated anyway.
Simple, eat (plenty of calories and protein), sleep, train (heavy and hard) and you grow. Reduce calories below maintenance, lift weights hard and heavy, do plenty of cardio and you reduce body fat.
