I have read quite a few of his articals on various strength and conditioning sites and from I've read the guy without a doubt knows his shit. One of my strength and conditioning mentors looks like he's never touched a weight in his life, yet he's regarded as one of the most knowledgable in the country. I've read Will story and from what I remember he's physically been though hell. I also remember seeing a picture of him when he was younger being pretty built.

That being said, yes he's correct when he says he probably knows more than anyone on here including most "gurus".

Yep, 16 years later and I am still not right.  You would be amazed how fast chemo beats the shit out of you.  I was 265 lbs. when I first got sick - less than 3 months later I was about 180 lbs. fully dressed with logger boots on.
