Use your head here Lee.  If you've been summarily sacked and you believe it violates the terms of your contract with them (I'm assuming you have a contract which you ran past your lawyer), then talk to your lawyer about what to do.  If they guaranteed to pay you for 3 years or whatever, then you should hold them to it.  Don't do anything out of spite which would excuse them from having to honour their contract with you.

In the best of all possible worlds, they will have to continue to pay you AND you will pick up another contract (which you should of course run past your lawyer) as well.  You're an established guy on the bb scene, making a comeback.  Your chance of securing a lucrative deal is probably at its highest right now and will fall off as the comeback phase ends.  I advise you to work aggressively to do so and in the meantime get your lawyer to screw MD to the wall.

Sounds to me like they are manufacturing a case of misconduct as an excuse to release Lee and nullify his contract.  They're banking on the fact that he won't fight it for fear of the stigma of racism being associated with his name.

They use to do the same thing in Salem.  "Play ball or I'll tell everyone you're a witch."

He stared a thread about the mods here at NO bull were not living up to the defination we have here of NO BULL!

He stated that he felt there was a hypocrisy among its members as some are allowed more slack than others.

He said that because of this he is not interested in posting here anymore and his posts were deleted.

I happened to be looking at the threads and responded and notcied 5 seconds later the threads were deleted.



Trust me. I saw the material. He did what they claimed. I wouldnt say that if it wasn't accurate. Sadly, Lee crossed some lines.
