I've seen some muay thai chicks at my club who could kick guys asses.
I've also seen small guys destroy big guys.

Muay thai is one of the best MA to be involved with.

We have a little girl where I train that came in second in state in the boys class and a few other girls  that are only 8 to 10 yrs old schooling teenage boys in jujitsu.

I rolled with guys half my size that could snap my arm off and beat me with it if they wanted to..........Skill and technique is key in a fight.
