btw ive been getting my ass kicked latley at fight night champion, ive preferd all the fighters that beat me , thus it matches me up with them, and they tend to keep beating me. time for a new strategy

Queso is awesome! This is something we make a lot when we want something quick and savory.

Try this out.

1. Heat One tablespoon of Vegetable Oil in a Skillet on Medium High until Shimmering. Take a half pound of Chorizo with casing removed and cook until no longer pink, around 5 Minutes breaking up meat with the back of a wooden spoon in the pan.

2. Top with 3/4 pound of Grated Queso Cheese and place Skillet under Broiler for 5 minutes or until Melted. Serve Immediately with warm Tortillas or Chips.

I will be in St Maarten, and the Ravens aren't in it, so I probably wont be paying much attention, as I'll be relaxing. On a side note Adonis, can that chorizo be substituted with regular Smithfield Pork?

That is awesome my friend! Its HIGHLY addictive. I have also been playing around with Nachos lately and have made some interesting creations.

Today I made a Broccoli, Mozzarella and Feta Calzone and an Angel Meringue Pie. I ran out of Blueberry Boy Bait so I whipped up that dessert quick.

Eclairs and Black and White Cookies are on my list this week to tweak along with Pork Roast in Cranberry Sauce with Cajun Fried Sweet Potatoes.
