They dont train legs, its called a "prison body" they just build up the upper body, and wear pants.
As far as the guy saying these guys look as ripped or better then most guys in gyms.He is right.
Most of these guys are genetically muscular African American men, so no matter what they did they would be more muscular then most people.Just go to ther hood, you will see them.African American men standing around drinking beer, and even smoking , yet they are just gentically lean & muscular.
It all boils down to genetics, Pual Dillet, and Mike Christain 2 top pro bodybuilders from the past.Paul would go to the gym sit around do a set, walk around talk on his phone, then 5 -10 minutes later do another yet.Still was one of the biggest freakiest guys on stage.Mike Christian, would train until 12 weeks before a show, and still look awesome.
Kevin Leverone =He would weigh maybe 210lbs at 14-16 before the Mr Olympia, but wind up on stage at 250lbs ripped.
Its all genetics, trust me.I use to train with CliffCousier Mike Tysons half brother.I wokred out with him for 3 months.
In that time I literally seen with my own eyes him put on 25 lbs of muscle.He wasnt using any gear, his body just responded well to weights.
