Today's workout was less of a "workout" and more of an education for the other gym members.  I was like a college professor and today's lecture was on biceps

a guy infront of half the guy started laughing at me demonstrating a squat for him cos my toes were pointed outwords...the whole gym then went WTF thats right what he is doing...

...needless to say i had the last laugh

Today a guy when in front of half the gum, started laughing at me demonstrating a squat for him (he asked me to do so) because my toes were pointed outwords...then the whole gym then went WTF lambasting him saying thats right what i was doing...

...needless to say i had the last laugh
