How many carbs do you normally eat per day?
I always feel better on lower carbs, much more energy. I'm lean enough as it is, so if i get hungrey i just have a burger with a meal.
This might fly in the face of what you read but i've tried a lot of stuff and i feel better doing this.
Normaly 5 times in off season.
Possibly next contest is 15 of March. We(paco and I) are trying to make it on time.
So there is no such a thing like cheating for fullness.
Why we are forcing? Cus the important one is 5th of April and the beginning of May.
Since I am natural, I must be in shape one month before and getting full gradualy.
Now is the time to terminate the fat.
