To be serious for a moment, I do think Dexter's a great bodybuilder and he absolutely deserved to win the Mr Olympia last year. Plus, he's better than guys like Flex and Paul Dillett cause he obviously works his butt off, comes in shape consistently and has been improving steadily. I only posted that pic to show how he pales next to Ronnie from a decade ago!

Dexter is known as one of the laziest BB of all time. Dude does no cardio, doesn't even take Whey Shakes in the diet but Meal Replacement shakes and Gainers because they "taste better" (like he told Palumbo once in a video). Dude trains for one hour per day and the rest of the day he lies in front of his Plasma and watches DVDs.....

I don't know. Bodybuilders aren't exactly paragons of truth and I think Dexter's just bluffing when he says some of the things he does. Can't go by anything you hear them say, be it about their height or weight or what they take or whatever.

Jay had the underdog vote going, and was pretty popular when he won in 2006.

I think things turned a little ugly when he got away with a close win in 2007, then said some things people didnt' like.

"Thank God the fans aren't judges!"

"Wolf had poor lines and structural flaws"
