Saw this in the supermarket the other day.
Thoughts on this? Thinking about buying it and using it for salades etc (not cooking)
It said it's a good source of omega 3 oils. Usually i use olive oil, but i'm thinking i might be overdoing it a little on the omega-6 oils, so i'm looking for alternatives. I'm a bit worried about the estrogens in soy though...
Sunflower oil is better?
