What are the thoughts about dark chocolate (like 85% cacoa).

Been reading that it's a good source of anti-oxidants and magnesium...
But on the other hand it has a lot of unhealthy fats.

So i don't know wether or not i should give in to it.

I read that it increases vascularity.  So awhile back, over a period of about a month I ate quite alot of it.  I noticed a slight increase in vascularity (I probably wasn't lean enough at the time to see great effects).  Anywho, I gained a good chunk of fat eating that much chocolate.  That's where me and dark chocolate ended.

The sugar content is almost as high as regular milk chocolate. Nothing wrong with it in small doses but I wouldn't have it every day.

It does increase vascularity, hence why some BBer's eat just before a comp.

Flavonols found in the coco cause increases in vascularity by increasing the synthesis of N.O in blood vessels - dark chocolate is superior to other chocolate due to the higher coco content, 80%+ will work best obviously.

NO. Toblerone does not have enough cocoa powder and therefore has too much sugar, it is not a good choice.
