Bowl of Crunchy Corn Bran and skim milk for breakfast Then w/the 2 grilled cheeses I had a small choc protein shake so it was like a choc. shake but a little healthier. this thread has been sentenced to execution!

It's pretty good and not too bad for you...will scratch the cereal itch w/minimal damage compared to say...Lucky Charms.

1/2 Waffle with berries and cream
Large packet of air roasted exotic nuts was two
Some kind of sammich my wife made was meal three

do you own stock in ezekiel bread? Never had it. I just get bread fromthe local farmers market. It is supposed to be organic and crap. Although i don't hold much stake in organic food. Way to expensive.

No...I do eat ezekiel bread but my breakfast bread is usually Mestermacher unless I'm out of it. |
