well i was never a fan of romano, he added nothing to the website or the radio show. but palumbo will be sorely missed. His Q%A thread was one of the most read on the internet period, he worked on that website til 5am everyday and was always putting up new content, contest pics, radio shows, in the trenches videos etc......whether it was good or bad didnt matter, or if u liked it or not it didnt matter, that dude really made that site go.

THe whole thing was done so abruptly.

All His threads were deleted and all videos removed literally within a few hours.

That thread was hundreds of pages. I'm actually pretty pissed off cos Dave knows his stuff.

palumbo said alot of horseshit too though. he would make shit up...and also give blatantly incorrect or misleading advice at times.

on the whole he is helpful passionate friendly open......good guy in bodybuilding.

besides, who can get legit gh 100% of the time anyway ?

Palumbo's thread was very good, I read a good 100 pages of it over time.

Another thing, and I don't mean this as a flame - I have never seen Flex post any form of decent post. Seriously. One can flame Shawn all they like, but he is articulate. Flex seems capable of nothing more then making a post using that annoying head banging smiley. Seriously, maybe he does post actual decent posts and I have missed them, but he strikes me as quite inarticulate and not a good replacement for either Romano or Dave.

Flex is a truely terrible spokesperson for MD
His radio appearances are awful. He loves to try and sound intelligent when he isn't.
Boring as hell, Terrible message board posts.

Shawn is pretty cool in that he understands the need to tow the company line/bullshit, but is still witty and intelligent.

There have been contributors like Layne (too many others to mention- I dont want to give them the publicity) that came in as a result of John and Dave and have had their stock increase as a result.. Even Shawn and Flex Wheeler for example.. Do you think he could have got in on ground level like those guys?
