I dont have one though here is what i ate today.
10am Mammoth 2500 weight gain shake
12 2 bananas and a coffee
3pm chicken fajitas, fruitjuice, apple, chocolate,
6pm chocolate fruit juice
8pm garlic bread, fried eggs and potato bread
10pm 4 rounds of bread with nutella spread, glass of milk
1am vegetable soup and 8 rounds of bread.
Still hungry need more lol
trained legs today. Also had sports drinks when i trained. 2x powerades
