What would happen if i took 2x the recommended dosage?

would it cause any harm?

That or vomit. I was taking a creatine that had lots of magnesium and after I took ZMA I puked two nights in a row. My gf was getting pissed off that I'd be fucking her and start puking, then I put two and two together... almost puked on her back.

You should try taking 150-200mg of Zinc a day. Has some excellent cortisol blocking effects at that dose. You'll need to take some copper though to compensate for deficiency, 2.5-3mg/kg of weight should do the trick.

Every other night when im dreaming I figure out that im actually dreaming, So I take the closest girl and start fucking her, and I ALWYS wake up right when I do it.

Trying to stay in the dream but I always wake up.
