1963 - Hardcore Holly was born.

1981 - Junkyard Dog & Killer Karl Kox defeat Ernie Ladd & Leroy Brown in Biloxi, Mississippi to win the Mid-South Wrestling Tag Team Title. I have the match were they lost them back on tape.

1983 - Pierre Martel defeats Mad Dog Lafaib in San Juan, Puerto Rico to win the WWC North American Heavyweight Title for the third time.

1989 - Lioness Asuka defeats Chigusa Nagayo to win the World Women's Wrestling Association World Title iN Tokyo, Japan. Asuka actually won the belt from Nagayo on August 25, 1988 in Kawasaki, Japan, but refused to accept the title, since Nagayo was wrestling injured. The belt was declared vacant until this rematch took place.

1993 - The Bad Breed (Axl & Ian Rotten) defeat John Hawk (now known as JBL) & Bobby Duncum Jr. in Dallas, Texas to win the Global Wrestling Tag Team Title.

1996 - Konnan defeated the One Man Gang for the WCW U.S. Heavyweight title.

1998 - Steve Corino defeated Joey Matthews for the SCW Light Heavyweight title.

1999 - Baldo (later known as Albert/A-Train) defeats Jerry Lawler in a tournament final in Memphis, Tennessee to become the first Memphis Power Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.

1999 - Trent Acid & Billy Reil defeated The Nation of Immigration for the Jersey All Pro Tag Team titles.

2000 - Jake Lawless defeated Mike Modest for the XPW Heavyweight title, but sold it to Damien Steele for cash.
