Im not flaming here. I just was wondering if I cant judge arm size at all? This guy claims 16.5 inch biceps. oh and he just claimed to be 209 also hmmmmmmmmm

15.5" pumped on NO-Xplode, creatine, fish oils and a multi. But honestly..... maybe with a good pump they're somewhere around 15.5", but they look much smaller in that picture. Most dudes lie about all their measurements though. What does it matter?
