After the drug testing got serious Randy Orton really got alot smaller and his BF% increased.  John Cena really didn't lose much size or increase his BF%, I was really shocked about that.

Cena KNOWS when the roids test are and just hops on/off a short ester.

I'm sure he did during his BB days but I have reason to believe he has not used in awhile simply because he didn't lose much size or increase BF while he was injuried to when the drug testing started.

what bb shows did cena compete in back in the day? looking huge in that pic posted!

orton did seem to lose size, but mostly in his upper half, his lower half (legs) still looks pretty damn big

Randy Orton has a physique that one can get naturally. Most wrestlers just use Steroids for their physiques because they don't have a lot of time to dedicate to dieting and training while on the road. Sitting at home and just working out and eating right, it would be possible to get his physique.


Not train back because Orton has a small back? This is genetics. He obviously trains his back.

He has talked about this gym in past interviews..
They also did a funny segment from that same gym when he used to be part of Evloution a couple of years ago..

I agree his physique is obtainable naturally, the fact that he had to use drugs to get it and that he looks like crap off the gear speaks to his lack of work ethic.  Obviously John Cena works and diets much more seriously than Randy.

I hung with Randy a couple of times at strip clubs in Dallas and the guy is an asshole. He acted as if he was important, was rude to staff, and kept asking the strippers if they had any coke. One of the strippers there was an ex-competitive bodybuilder and had the roid voice and he kept making fun of it her to her face. He has no class whatsoever.

Big Show, Paul White was there and he was a total gentleman. Very cool guy. He didn't sit with Randy as he didn't want to be associated with him.
