there wasn't anything legendary about his advice, testosterone as a key foundation, avoidance of orals to avoid stomach and appetite problems, sensible slin and GH doses and a high protein, high fat, very low to zero carbohydrate diet, not exactly rocket science.

So fucking true.
I love how he took a diet that even pencil necks behind desks have been doing for years and it became "The Palumbo Diet".

The thing is Dave has prepped HUNDRED of dudes into their greatest shape ever. (over one hundret clients last year)

Thats enough evidence, yes he already had the diet guidelines, but he does it different for every person.

To say that Dave doesnt know his stuff or isn't good at what he does. Is just Ludacris, Even at GB.

i didn't say that he didn't know what he was talking about only that what he says isn't exactly revolutionary or new by any means.

I don't recalling anyone saying that. Just that his "stuff" is hardly something new or intrinsically special to "Dave". It's all pretty well established dietary and training advice in play long before he become a guru (which is really a term for someone knowledgeable about drugs , some of which haven't had clinical trials on humans due to ethical reasons).

Palumbo is a fraud and recreational drug addict. I am not surprised he has been fired. It is ironic really that he attacked Nasser and now Nasser is enjoying his life in supreme, lavish comfort after not squandering his money on drugs whilst Palumbo is frantically ringing round his ever decreasingly circle of friends hoping for moral and financial support.

Maybe some are the friends he sold fake GH to? What goes around comes around ;D

That's twice now you've put words in people's mouths and made false assumptions . I will give you the benefit of the doubt as you're from the land of Ulrika and Sven and as such your grasp of English is pretty damn good  :)

Although the Low carb diets have been around for decades,
Dave really stressed the need for certain types and ratio of fats, and that is why his diet is thought to be kinda "new"
He seems like a really nice guy who helps a ton of people.

He did 3 years at Med School but left to pursue other things.

He certainly isn;t as knowledgeable as say Dr Scott Connelly

a LOT of guys wanted dave's advice on peaking.  Aside from that Ant guy (RIP), I can't think of any of his clients who ever had any major concerns, despite Bbing being a very tough sport for peaking (especially with keto-ing)

Do a standard Ketogenic diet but on Fridays run for 36.045 minutes on a treadmill pointed towards Jupiter. Go home and then eat 3/4 of a can of peaches and order a pizza. The pizza must be delivered by a guy who can't speak English, that's very important.

I have now invented the "TrueGrit Diet". I can even tailor and tweak it specifically for you - but you must pay me.

Dave knows how to get someone huge and ripped at the same time. Unfortunately, he was a walking science experiment. I never saw someone take so much gear he turned himself purple. I remember seeing him at the nationals the last year he competed. I swear he was glowing. :)

he does seem like a nice man, however you have to wonder about taking his advice on insulin/gh/igf-1 etc when you see what he's done to his own body  :-\

palumboism is not a myth  :'(
