How do people get so fat?

I mean, I eat like a hog, and when I do start getting too fat I stop.

Do you think people can really become seriously addicted to food?  ???

See that thing in her hand? I think people can probably get addicted to food if they have other problems to go along with it, i.e. depression or something.

I have ZERO sympathy for fat people. They are fat becasue they allow themselves to be fat. They shovel all kinds of unhealthy crap into their mouths and they cry the blues looking for sympathy from others. They are very jealous of thin people and have a hatred toward them. Just ridiculous. Doctor Phil has a special on this once and he examined how one fat guy in his early 20's did nothing but eat junk food all day without so much as lifting a finger doing anything else.

It takes a long time to lose weight. I've worked 9 months to lose around 70lbs.

In this culture we look for instant results and frankly if you're 200-300lbs overweight those 2-3lbs per week you are losing (if you're being healthy about it) seems like a drop in the ocean and you won't view things long term.

Most people who are severly obese are not normal adjusted adults further adding to the reasons they'll fail at the life style change.

just my thoughts on it.
