I watch the Magnificent Seven every single time it comes on :D
You're a good man, CH. I love when Chris and Vin take the body to the cemetery at the beginning. Yul and Steve trying to out act each other.  :D

Sam Elliot is a good shout. What about Daniel Day lewis? he can play the tough SOBs that bury their emotions and throw away the key. Gangs of New York and TWBB spring to mind.

Wouldn't rule out Tommy Lee Jones too.

That's someone I didn't think about ! Good pick, Grit ! Daniel would be awesome ! Fuck, while we're at it, I'll throw Christian " I'll fucking kick your ass ... etc. " Bale into the hat !

Yes Daniel would be exceptional but he might be just a bit to young

we'd need to check with Bay to ensure the selected actor wasn't in "The Club".

Nothing against that group, but we're talking Bobby SLy's legacy here.  Nobody wants to see Jake Gyllejizm play him.

Maybe Bob Chick can be an extra in the Bobby Sly movie.  He can play the part of "Muscular gym guy #3."

Wow :o never thought about that.

I read that on the set the guys were so competitive that they would have fast draw contests all the time :D

No he could play Schmoe #3

he'd be one of 4 schmoes who come onto Bobby Sly, and ends up being the biggest mistake of their lives as Sly would proceed to beat the living shit out of all of them at the same time and as they all lay bloodied and bruised Bob would light up a smoke and just cooly walk away.
