When i was 13 years old i played with Pokemon cards.

I would also go to my grandmas house every weekend and play Banjo Kazooie on N64, read Harry Potter, eat cookies and milk, and then my grandma would cook me pancakes every morning when i woke up.

I believe age 13 was the last time i was truly an adolescent because after that being cool was the thing to do.

I also had 2 kittens that my dad bought me that i would play with everyday named Tiger and Sox. Sox got hit by a car and only lived to be a year old. When my dad came into my room asking me if i wanted to help bury him i started to cry and told him to leave me.

I also had a butt cut and would get in fights everyday when i was 13 with the school bully but i only got beat up once because i could hold a mean choke out head lock. I was sometimes guilty of provoking some of the fights with the bully. The only developed muscle i had at the time were biceps because i would do 10lb dumbbell curls every night before bed for 50 reps.

It wasn't until 8th grade that i got rid of the butt cut for spiked hair and went to a new school in the city. Although i was a cool guy when i got towards the end of highschool, it took me approximately 2 years from 8th grade to build a large enough base of friends.

I apologize for letting you down my getbig brothers. I have revealed my past to you. I hope you can forgive me

Michael Walker.... No feeling of hatred towards him. It was a growing experience that helped me become the man i am today. I am thankful for Michael and his shenanigans. Besides he only beat me up once.

Because of all of your trauma have you ever felt the need to squat or curl random people in filthy motels rooms? I have heard it is common for people who have been abused.

hey Leafy out of curiosity was that 290 close grip bench you mentioned yesterday for a single or reps?

Tried to rep it but had to have it pulled off of me. Just one rep touch and go. I usually do rest pause on all bench exercises until the last set which i just do touch and go on. It really builds explosiveness and has done wonders for me. I think it was you who posted the James Henderson video that got me started on doing the rest pause.

good stuff, that is a hell of a weight for someone who weighs what you do for a close grip bench, you're 195 right?

Knock on wood but they don't see to have too much trouble. I was doing 100 lb double shoulder presses 2 weeks out from my show in 07 for reps at a bw of 155. I think i was probably repping them for 6 at the time though. I haven't had the chance to go any higher though because that is the heaviest our gym goes to. These are rubber weights. When i used the metal ones at Worlds i had some trouble with the 90's.

No but i am doing much better with the old schmoes in the sauna. I had one ask if he could take pictures of me for his "photography class" a couple months ago. I gave him to phone number of one of my ex-friends for a good joke.

Lol, I have this one buddy who is always the brunt of all the jokes. When we were younger about five of us always told ugly girls we met and one night stands that our names were Matt and gave them his number, he would always tell us that he blacked out when he drank because he always had chicks calling him and he didn't remember meeting them.
