I definitely think so. My brother spent 3 months one summer working abs hard and now barely has to put any effort into them.

It's definatly easier to maintain muscle than it is to build it. After 40 years old i guess it gets harder to maintain though.

Much easier to keep them, hard part is putting mass back on and losing em a little bit. I always make sure to keep the outline there, if I lose that I know i'm putting on to much fat and need to cut back. But they come back easier and better with each cut  :)

for me it's much harder,cause once your are done with your diet you eat more and that makes you fat again

not exactly i lost 5 kilos due to dehydration,i now weigh 30kg
