Phil will win if he comes in the same condition as he did this year.  Jay is out of the picture now unless he pulls a miracle, and there's no reason to believe this will happen.  He's looked progressively worse the past couple of years.  At some point in time, the body just stops responding the way that it used to.  It was a good run by Jay, he got a couple of Olympias, a few Arnolds, and a ton of cash.  Not too bad.

I don’t think jay will look better than his last showing which is 2008 Mr. O.

Dexter most likely will look improved than last year but not so much and I think if can add extra 5 pounds and bring the condition he displayed back in 2003 Mr. O then he will be real threat for the title.

About Phil heath, I am sure that he will show lots of improvements on his physique and will most probably weighs 250Ibs with better condition that he displayed at last year  O and even from the 2008 Iron man !!

I don’t quite think that they will give it this year to Phil either Victor (which I think will be the only one who will give hard time to Phil).
They will give and title to either Jay Cutler(if comes improved by 5% than last year) and if not they will give to Dexter again (since he will be in shape for sure)

If anybody asks me why do you think that way..?!
