Newfound respect for Steve Blechman as I am reading through this entire thread=

http://forums.musculardevelopment.com/showthread.php?t=48845

say what you may about him being a "schmoe"...however steve is level headed, knowledgeable, and seemingly "cool"..

(theres one part which sort of highlights palumbo and romano and how quickly they would dispatch their friendship over nothing at all)

I think this thread where Palumbo and Romano debated Steve Blechman sowed the initial seeds for their firing. Blechman must have a huge ego and doesn't tolerate anyone contradicting him.

Agree.

People tend to forget that Blechman's dad founded TwinLab

Steve has very good knowledge of biochemistry as well.

no carb never made any sense to me.

Even Centopani admitted to not follow Palumbo's advice and took in a lot more carbs.

Palumbo is a drug ridden fraud.

probably so, although in the thread he keeps a pretty steady head and never sways from a "debate" style...providing studies, scientific facts, and well though out arguments. very good info from blechman in that thread. i learned  some things from him. anyone that i learn from i can respect.

Blechman is no doubt a very odd gay man...but I totally see his side in this issue.

Palumbo & Romano got soft.  The radio lost its focus, and they were dabbling in areas that will get you fired in any job.  Romano pretty much never went into the office.  Fuck..  An editor has to at least make token appearances...admitted that he rarely goes to any kind of show.  Has engaged in a very visible divorce, used the MD boards as a dating service, appears inebriated in most video & audio.  He said: " I wear my jail time like a badge of honor"  And then proposed that they line up an all convict show.

I'm sure Gay Blech was all for the "edgy" Muscle Mob and what it stands for...but these guys were really putting themselves on a pedestal while they were actually getting stale.

And he gassed them.  Just business.

Blechman made a good business decision. Hard one to make too.

Everything he does is aimed at sales and growing his business. It's fun to knock him but i would make the same decisions in his position (maybe not dying my hair or dressing like a fag but)

Enough of the gay shit...no one has real evidence.  Plus, who gives a shit whether or not he is gay.

People have been used to MD doing the wrong thing for a long time.

In this situation, they actually did the right thing and have handled it with much more class than anyone could've anticipated.

I just can't believe they didn't have something worked out before it got to this point.  I guess the person to ask about that is Dave, though.

So how many carbs is optimal for cutting weight while still building muscle?
