The tail of an ox.

seriously.
Why do they use the tail? Does it have a unique taste?
Is it tough or very tender?

For example, the mexicans tend to prefer the meat off the head of a horse.

On the weekends I eat fatty foods such as pizza, wings and ice cream.  I stay clean during the week.  I eat good fats during the week.  Almonds, Natural Peanut butter in my protein shakes, etc.

When it's time to eat. I eat. Advice from Chef Tim is always stay away from processed food. Stuffs not good for you.

You need your own thread for tips on making Healthier versions of dishes.  Dish of the week or some shit.  Well in between fucking Angelina Jolie maybe.

the body uses cholestrol to build hormones. cholestrol is found in fats.

thats an extremely simplified explanation. hundreds of pages could be written on that question.
