Damn, Wiggs...how tall are you, bro?

You know our hearts ain't designed for us to be too big, man.

I'm 5-10...my previous high was 232, but looked my best at 190.

I'm 5'9.5  Yeah I know, the doc last week made it sound like I was 600lbs.  I'm morbidly obese.  lol

tre if you just want to look lean and athletic  then do a bunch of high initensity cardio..

on a  bodybuidling site your going to hear bodybuilding tips... slow paced cardio... carb cycling... etc...but if you just wanna be fit and "sexy" then dont worry about that stuff man...

I'm late 30s now and often used glucosamine when I was younger.  Should I get that back into the rotation, too?

Also, what are the popular testosterone precursors nowadays?  Just askin'.

fucck all the "test precursors", either get on the real shit or stay clean and get underneath some heavy iron on squats, deadlifts, benches, bb rows, overhead presses, etc.

It was definitely weird for me getting back into the squat rack again, but since that first 'day of death', I've liked it.

My bench is light, but I do include that on chest day and I'm doing db rows every other back day.  I haven't been doing bb rows, but will cycle those back in.  My numbers were never big, but I love shoulder presses.

I've *never* deadlifted.  I mean, I've done it before just to see what I could pull, but they were never a part of my regular back workouts.  Is that why my back is so poorly developed??  Today's back day, so I should probably get with the program.  I'll admit to being scared, though.   :-\

I'm trying to stay as OTC as possible (without a trip to Mexico lol) for this contest, but if I get my ass whipped, I may just do that the next round. ;)

Thanks for all the great tips, guys.  Time for another meal, some family time, and then off to the gym around 9pm.

lol 226?  I'm 272 someone needs to send me a crate of t-3 and clen
Lordy. I'm just a shade taller than you Wiggs, and I've gotten up to just under 220 and I couldn't get to home from 1st anymore - I was leaning over the 3rd baseline fence seeing stars. I can't imagine carrying another 52lbs. Hell, I'd  probably jack 'em or just pop out - no base running.  :-X

Thanks so much, guys.  DLs and the db rows kicked my ass last night, but felt damn good.  Gonna do delts and biceps today and maybe 45 min of cardio.

Got some stuff ordered today, so I'll let you know how things go.

Much appreciated, gentlemen.

I have an opponent in this weight-loss competition (the really unfair is that I have to drop my last 13, while she's merely dumping her first 15), so diuretics are part of our 'anything goes' rules.  I would love to be able to squeeze out 5-6 lbs of water in those final days, but I'm not relying on that.  I think a more reasonable estimate is 2-3 lbs, given that it's been a LONG time (13-14 years) since I did any really tough dieting and my body is totally different now.

Veggie pills??  Does anyone have any safe recommendations on that?

Funny you should say this, I'm also having a weight-loss competition with a female co-worker.

How long?  What's the format?

We have to report our weights to one another once per week and then the final is Thursday, March 5th.

I've lost just over 20 lbs since November, but losing this last 10 while trying to maintain what little muscle I have left would be almost impossible without some help within that small period of time.

Got down to 202 (3 lbs) for Thursday's weigh-in.  If I can keep close to that pace and drop another 5 over the next two weeks, then I'll feel reasonably confident about being able to lose the last 5 when I start cutting water.

I'm loving the process...appreciate all the help, guys.
