what do u know. flex magazine says consume 1 gallon AT LEAST LOL and u meatheads follow it

theres some frat dork that brings a whole gallon jug of water to class everyday. what a fucking retard

do u seriously think you cannot get enough adequate hydration from just 40 ounces a day? LOL

In NY, used to be just models walked around with bottles of water, then regular girls did it,  now just Indian guys at their computers drink bottles of water.

I honestly need at least a gallon a day, I'm always thirsty. If I only drank 2 liters a day I'd feel like garbage.

A gallon is fine but I would guess that if you are always thirsty, you are probably always running toxic(acidic)...I would suggest 1/4 tsp. of armour hammer baking soda twice a day along with 1 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar(with the MOTHER) twice a day... ;)

actually hyperhydration is something that i wouldnt steer shy of... id rather be drinking excess amounts of water and pissing 6  times a day than eating.. plus you have no idea how much good drinking alot of water does for your skin + energy levels.

I only have about three litres a day, which is a lot less than a gallon.

At the end of the day, as long as your piss is clear, you're drinking enough water. Any more than this is just unnecessary.

Ah, a US gallon is smaller?

I was always assuming it was UK gallons which I think are about 4.6 litres.

sometimes a little common sense should do the trick...
don't KEEP drinking and drinking like in water drinking contest...
and don't keep drinking so much a day that your tummy bloats the whole day....
